& Terms sohotogel Conditions
This document governs the relationship between sohotogel and all users who access or use our platform. Please read it carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using sohotogel services in any form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any or all of the applicable terms, you are expected not to use our services.
Acceptance of these terms takes effect from the first time you visit the platform, create an account, or make a transaction through sohotogel. Continued use of our services after updated terms have been published will also be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors without an account, registered users, and parties transacting through the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of a third party or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the sohotogel platform, you are required to create an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account by the same individual without written permission from sohotogel may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. sohotogel is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by a failure to keep your login credentials secure. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, to register for and use sohotogel services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Our platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.
- Registration information must be accurate and verifiable.
- One identity may only be used for one account.
- Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
- Passwords must not be shared with any other party under any circumstances.
Obligations & User Responsibilities
Users must use the sohotogel platform for lawful purposes and must not engage in any conduct that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. Manipulating the system, using bots or automated software, and attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from using sohotogel services for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other activity that violates applicable laws in Indonesia. All transactions carried out through the platform must use legitimately obtained funds. sohotogel reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. sohotogel does not guarantee that this service complies with regulations in all jurisdictions. Users who access the platform from regions where the service is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk.
& Transactions and Payments in IDR
All transactions on the sohotogel platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits through the available payment methods, including local bank transfers and supported digital wallets. All applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, as well as any fees that may apply, will be clearly displayed on the transaction page before the user confirms.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. sohotogel reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals that do not meet verification requirements or are suspected of involving unauthorized activity. The withdrawal process generally requires completed identity verification before funds can be released.
Users are not permitted to initiate chargebacks or unauthorized transaction cancellations through their payment provider. Any reversal request deemed unfounded may result in account suspension and the application of applicable recovery fees. All transaction disputes must be submitted directly to the sohotogel support team before contacting the payment provider.
- All transactions use IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made through platform-approved methods only.
- The name on the withdrawal account must match the registered account details.
- Chargebacks without valid grounds may result in account suspension.
& Account Suspension & Closure Policy
sohotogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, including fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or any other conduct that harms the platform or other users. Account suspension or closure decisions are final unless a successful appeal is made through the designated channels.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request at any time through the account settings menu or by contacting the support team. Before an account is closed, any remaining balance must first be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable requirements. Balances not withdrawn within the specified period following a closure request may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable terms.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not permitted to register again without written authorization from sohotogel. Attempts to create a new account following a forced closure will be considered an additional violation and may result in further action. & Intellectual Property Rights and Limitation of Liability
All content available on the sohotogel platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, and game materials, is the property of sohotogel or parties that have granted us a license. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
sohotogel provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the services will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or fully secure from cyber threats. We are not responsible for losses arising from technical disruptions, scheduled system maintenance, or events beyond our control that affect service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sohotogel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid through the platform during the relevant period.
Changes to & Applicable Legal Terms
sohotogel reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time without any obligation to notify each user individually. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review the & Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure they remain up to date with the applicable rules.
This document and all disputes arising from or related to the use of sohotogel services are subject to applicable law. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
